3. AI Features

When you use AI-powered features (such as Live Assist), images or text may be temporarily processed by third-party AI services to generate responses. These interactions are not stored or linked to your identity. We do not retain any data sent to AI services after the response is delivered. AI responses are computer-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely wrong.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription payments are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may use RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers for managing purchases. Please refer to RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.

6. Children's Privacy

Guide Sight is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in Settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Guide Sight is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, harm, injury, or adverse outcomes arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to:

Inaccurate, wrong, or misleading AI-generated responses
Missed, late, or incorrect reminders or notifications
Errors in text recognition or visual scene description
Loss of locally stored data
Any decisions or actions taken based on app information
Any reliance on the app for personal safety
Failure of any feature to work as expected
Any health-related or medical consequences whatsoever

AI output is generated by probabilistic models and can be completely wrong at any time. You must NEVER rely on this app for any medical, health, safety, or critical decision. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.
